Architect

Kevin is a graduate of Edinburgh College of Art's Architecture School (2003) and an Urban Design graduate of the University of Edinburgh (2004).

Kevin's portfolio includes some of the most prominent buildings in Edinburgh, including the £7M Scottish Parliament Visitor Extension, the BREEAM Excellent rated Holyrood South Student Accommodation and the multi-award-winning £40M Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge.

Kevin is a senior member of the office BIM delivery team, combining his extensive experience in education, housing and regeneration at The MacMillan Hub, Pennywell in Edinburgh. In addition to individual buildings, Kevin’s urban design and masterplanning achievements include the commended Forest Walk residential development for Bellway Homes, and the £100M redevelopment of the former IBM factory site at Spango Valley in Greenock, and ambitious proposals for the Drum Estate in South Edinburgh.
